Abstract

With an emphasis on performance tuning and post-implementation modifications, this study examines how ERP system usage affects organisational performance. Modern company operations cannot function without Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, which provide improved data management capabilities and expedite procedures. The amount of usage, optimisation through performance tuning, and flexibility to post-implementation changes are some of the elements that determine their influence on organisational performance. This study delves into the link between ERP system usage and organisational performance, specifically looking at how performance tuning and post-implementation adjustments impact efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. It does this through a thorough literature review and empirical analysis. The results shed light on the dynamics of ERP systems and provide useful information for practitioners who want to get the most out of ERP projects.
