The study of factors influencing the attraction of new generation FDI aligns with the trend of focusing on attracting more high-quality and environmentally friendly FDI flows seen in today's countries. The objective of the article is to investigate the impact of these factors on attracting new generation FDI into Vietnam using a sample of 10 Asian countries from 2012 to 2023, including Vietnam, and applying the OLS method to analyze data. Regression results show that economic growth rate, innovative ecosystem, and inflation are factors influencing the flow of new generation FDI into Vietnam.
