This research paper explores the comprehensive trends in tea production, export dynamics, and domestic consumption patterns in India. As the second-largest producer and the highest consumer of tea globally, India's tea industry plays a crucial role in its economy. Using secondary data from the Tea Board of India, this study provides an in-depth analysis of production trends, export statistics, and consumption behaviors across different regions. The findings reveal significant regional variations in consumption, shifting consumer preferences, and emerging trends in both domestic and international markets. The paper concludes with recommendations for stakeholders to enhance the growth and sustainability of the Indian tea industry.
