Abstract

The 21st century is known as the "age of equality" between men and women. The way people think about women makes them fit for some jobs. That's why it's easy for women to get jobs as nurses, teachers, doctors, bankers, and other jobs. Women are paid less than men for doing the same job because people naturally think that women can't do as much work or are less efficient than men. There are some problems they have to deal with in order to show that they are useful for her job and her family. In her personal and work life, she has to find a balance between her different tasks. This makes it very hard for women who work to relax. Through this article an attempt has been made to explain the various problems faced by the working women in India with some remedial measures.
