Abstract

This study is a research proposal for the research subject Education objectives-based evaluation: Myth or reality. In this proposal various aspect of conducting the research has been discussed. The absence of an effective evaluation system in the Indian education system is leading to lagging production of quality human resource by the country. The study thus tries to find the effect of implementing an objective based evaluation system in the Indian education system and thus evaluate if it is a myth or a truth of the moment. Indian Education System has grown, however, by one way or another it needs various angles with respect to creating dynamic, talented experts for the worldwide market.
